Its going to end sometime so i reckon it will end up with Russia pulling out most areas but stay in the ones like the donbass then say we consierably destroyed the nazis for years to come and play it like a victory.

I don't think Ukraine's western allies will actually allow them to join NATO as they would have to declare war on Russia for attacking a member state. I personally don't agree with our involvement in this affair as the repurcussions are huge financially to this country. We are seriously in debt and instead of wasting billions on this war the money should have been spent in recovering the economy after COVID. The cost of living crisis and rising energy prices are a result of this war and it will not be without its UK victims with people dying as a result of not being able to afford to heat their homes. Supplying Ukraine with weapons is only going to prolong the crisis which would probably have been over months ago.

I'm sure you remember I said the inflation was coming three years ago, long before the war. It's a cost of lockdown crisis. The energy situation and monetary giveaways are adding to the problem, but the main problem is we are paying for the madness via inflation, as I said we would.
The whole situation is none of our business, and it's beyond me why we should be expected to treat The Ukraine, one of the most corrupt countries on Earth, as if it was a nation of nuns. Well, I suppose we know why. It's an anti Russia thing, more than a pro Ukraine thing.
Initially, I expected the whole thing to have been wrapped up in about 2 months. What I do know is, Russia can't lose, and the US is putting itself in a position where they can't really afford to lose, either. Probably has put itself in that position.
Idiots.

Even if they win the war the real battles will start. The Ukraine will become a massive Northern Ireland situation together with Russia being isolated for many many years to come. It might become a NI situation, but Russia most definitely won't be isolated. The West has shown it's hand regarding Russia, so that won't change. The rest of the world seems to either not care, or sympathise with Russia. Russia is part of the Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa. Looking like Saudi Arabia, too. Imagine you are Russia. The US has confiscated it's dollar holdings. They've had their undersea pipelines destroyed, with no retaliation (so far). If they lose, as in made to withdraw, their international standing will collapse. Ukraine kicked their arse. Ukraine could join NATO - which is basically an alliance against Russia. What can the Russians do about it. I imagine this would push Russia into a subservient alliance with China. Subservient as in as we are to the US. Another cold war (at best) Maybe Russia would cave from within, and adopt the globalists. Russia simply can not lose. Now the US is getting itself into a similar position. They've spent a fortune. They've talked the talk. I think they've lost the petrodollar. They won't want to lose face. They won't want other nations to realise they don't have to do what the US tells them to do. The collapse of the GAE I think what we need is for the Russians to pull out of the non Russian areas, and a neutral leadership in Ukraine. Which is what I believe to have been the Russian war aims. Failing that, it's gonna get scary.

Don’t forget wars to come in Taiwan and Kosovo, probably both with support from Russia

Don’t forget wars to come in Taiwan and Kosovo, probably both with support from Russia I don't know what's going on with Kosovo, something to do with Serbian barriers, I heard. Taiwan. I think it's clear China wants to take over. It depends upon how they want to go about it. Taiwan isn't 20 miles away. These days, a sea born invasion is a non starter. There are land to sea missiles / sub marines, and there are targets. So either the Chinese could starve them out, or bomb the merry shit out of them, until Taiwan invites them in. In either case, they wouldn't need Russia's help.

Yes, I did think you might mean that. I'll have to keep an ear out about the Kosovo / Serbia thing. The little I've heard is Serbia have erected some barriers. I've no idea what for. And NATO are threatening them to take them down. I imagine I'll have a better handle on the situation, soon

The west and nato are in a precarious position with Serbia and Kosovo. It’s almost identical to the situation in Ukraine before Russia invaded only in this instance we’re backing the separatists.
I want to know how Ukraine is sustaining the lost of military personnel. I know we can’t believe everything we hear but it seems like they’re taking a right kicking in Bakhmut.

I said from the start, providing small arms is one thing, but tanks & missile systems are something else. It takes a lot of training, practice and expertise. Tactics / co-ordination have to be learned and practiced. My big fear at the time was, US / UK would provide military personnel, pretend they are mercenaries, the Russians wouldn't buy it, and the war escalates. My guess is all of this has happened except escalation of the war. So far.

Following on from my 'there simply hasn't been time to train Ukrainians, I'm pretty sure US / UK troops are on the ground'. I've recently seen that Ukraine has been getting more advanced freebies. I'm now seeing Russia is giving them the sharp end of a shit load of missiles to go with them.
As ever, I hope I'm wrong but I can see both sides moving up a gear or two (Russia & US)

The latest propoganda news from the BBC says Russia is running out of missiles. They know this - how? Interesting how another country the US doesn't like in Iran is being blamed for providing technology for targeting systems to Russia. They really are trying to push the Good Vs Bad, them Vs us story. In reality it's more like Bad Vs Bad, them Vs them. I would imagine Russia is a lot more technically advanced than Iran.

The latest propoganda news from the BBC says Russia is running out of missiles. They know this - how? Interesting how another country the US doesn't like in (1) Iran is being blamed for providing technology for targeting systems to Russia. They really are trying to push the Good Vs Bad, them Vs us story. In reality it's more like Bad Vs Bad, them Vs them. (2) I would imagine Russia is a lot more technically advanced than Iran. As I was reading (1), I was thinking (2) It's horrible. I've concluded for some time now, the USA has fcuked us over more than anyone. I don't mean the people of the USA, I mean their leaders (and ours). Actually, they've fcuked up the people of the USA too. Their bull shit has gone from highly dubious to bizarre. I think it's horrible because as much as I don't like the FIAT system, for us personally, we're better off with a petrodollar, than a potential petroyuan. I'd much prefer an actual dollar. Silver. Or an actual pound, a gold sovereign. Still, this may come to pass, as the world rejects the formally vital, backed by nothing more than US might, USD. A gold dinar equally as good. This is what worries me. Greatly. I wasn't worried so much at the start of the war. But since the US pretty much stole. Now this is what I've heard, it may be wrong. I hope it is. Stole / froze $300 BILLION of Russia's money. Staggering. Imagine how much everyone else holds. Especially China. And the US has proven themselves to be even more untrustworthy regarding their debts, than they did in 1971. I didn't even know this was possible. I do now. And so does the rest of the world. The scary thing is, the US knows they've shown their hand. They won't let their hegemony simply disappear. They will still want their tribute. They still have a considerable military power, and I think it's use it or lose it. I'm all for the end of the GAE. But I don't want a GCE in it's place. fcuking IDIOTS. fcuking, fcuking IDIOTS

The Russians have control of the skys. They could take out all power, water, rail etc. They haven't. They haven't bombed the shit out of Kiev, not even government buildings. I think they're being pretty patient. I can understand fighting to the last, if they thought Russia was going to be as murderous, rapey & Gulagy as the Soviet Union, but this is ridiculous.

I think the US has put itself into a similar position As I explained, above. My personal guess is, US / UK troops are already fighting, under the guise of mercenaries. 16 year old kids aren't experts with tanks, missile systems, artillery guns, co-ordination, communication, tactics etc.

It's dominions in Europe, may start going the way of say India or Saudi Arabia. I think large holders of USD want to get out of them, asap, but not in a way which collapses the dollar, and therefore their dollar holdings. I think the US thinks this, too. Or should, in my opinion. If they do, then winning this war becomes more important to them. Not as important as it is to Russia, but more important than Vietnam. More important than Vietnam strategically I mean, not more important to those who made fortunes.

Vagner group according to what I can gather is a Russian mercenary army. This according to those in the know is against the Russian constitution.
Putin, don’t care and who can blame him. The taking of Soledar, came at a massive cost to the Vagner group. A Ukrainian official described their bravery as being extreme. Hardened soldiers for sure that don’t retreat under fire.

Look up the Mozart Group, they’re the Ukrainian version of the Wagner Group. They have a number of videos out that give credence to the Russian claims on how many Ukrainian soldiers have being killed or injured.
Finding it hard to keep up lol.
