I’ve been vocal when Mowbray was made manager that for me it was step backwards, a journey man who’s done nothing since the Baggies were promoted, coming up to 12 years apart from relegation with Blackburn…… this has been debated so let’s not continue on this path
Personally feel that Mowbray should resign, health is number one and family second he’s got young kids maybe take this into account rather than trying to keep us a float from his bedside, the results are woeful, the players can’t be arsed ( Watford aside) we could go on and on
I’m all for sentiment but if we do go down your happy that we comforted TM in sickness and health, we could sit in L1 for the next 3 years, Ipswich esq
Owners could pull the plug on the venture…… Blues is a business first football club second, remember that TW stated if we had been relegated last season he would not of proceed with the purchase
Sorry I wish TM all the best but for me Blues comes first……. maybe ask that question to yourself and reply

Some of the responses on this thread genuinely make me fear for the human race. It feels like people are so focused on Blues they're willing to eff over one of the nicest people in the game in the hope of bringing in another manager so we don't go down. Have some compassion for the love of God. Agree, some of this is absolutely effin staggering.

I personally don't think we will see TM back at BCFC. I hope i'm wrong and he's back fit & healthy asap but i have doubts. I also think it'd be a fcukin scummy thing to do to sack him at the moment and even talking about that scenario feels uncomfortable to me. I don't think there are many actually calling for his head. Nor do i. i don't know anybody calling for his head, i was only giving my opinion that for whatever reason, i have a feeling ( and i hope i'm wrong ) that we have seen the last of TM at our club. It's based on nothing but a feeling by the way, and i hope to god i am ridiculously incorrect.

The title of the thread is asking if it is possible to be sacked whilst on sick leave. Hence people talking about TM being sacked and not temporarily replaced until he has recovered. The poster is raising the question therefore there is someone albeit hypothetically talking about it.
I see the Gary Rowett rumour has broken. If it looks like Tony is not going to be well enough to get back to his duties this season or at least in time to impact our performances and agrees with this development then that is OK with me. Bringing in yet another manager, and especially one with a very different style is not without potential to muddy the waters further but if true he is very experienced at this level, can get sides organised and difficult to beat.
Even by Blues standards this shaping up to be a hell of a season.
