So the sale has been approved (BCFC not named but I think it's 99.9% certain to be them).
So, what would you expect the land to enclose once everything has been completed?

bsc-holidayprograms.mancity.com/facilities/Although there's is an 80 acre site I still expect us to expand on the purchase and a lot of the surrounding site to also be taken up by a combination of us and the council if they ever get their act together. Etihad campus is a basic idea of what we will look at so everything is in one place, a smaller stadium for reserves, ladies and academy/training all on one site. They will then add onto this residential area and a mixture of commercial outlets and then perhaps a few of the UK's other big companies locating away from London to here. This in reality is a 25 year minimum project. I do note from various social media platforms that some vilers are losing their minds "why are we just expanding our stadium and the blouse looking long term with a super stadium"

Really looking forward to seeing this project going forward. The infrastructure, access ect is fascinating, they seem to cover everything so seeing a new train station and transport links would obviously be a high priority, I can't imagine this has not already been prioritised.
Very excited by this, dream come true to have Tom on board with this vision.

It’s just a shame I’m not 10 years younger as this could be the stuff of dreams. But today I’m a very happy blue nose. Oh dear we are playing tomorrow. Hopefully 🤞 I can still be a happy blue nose 🙏

It will be interesting to see how they respond. The wheels site needs to be decontaminated. I am not sure how long that will take but for commercial reasons I don't think our owners will sit on their hands when that is done and the necessary planning permissions obtained. Why would they? Particularly if the vilers finally wake up to the fact that there is a new Blues arising in the East and their days of easy second city domination are under serious threat. They won't want to give the vile anymore of a chance to countered our development with one of their own.

Still thinking occupation before 2028 is probably a tight deadline.

Still thinking occupation before 2028 is probably a tight deadline. I would agree with that but not the suggestions that it could be 10 years posted elsewhere. They have made it clear that generating income is the priority and the scope for that at St A's is limited. The sooner the development is completed the sooner that revenue can start to come in. No doubt it will be done in stages but the stadium and a train station directly into the site would be my first priorities.

Just the normal heads up their arses and were moving into a shit 30k plastic bowl which we can only fill 2/3rds.

I’ll get the impression doing a bit of work for vile now and again unfortunately, that vile’s are considering a relocation as well.
Where could they go?
The dog track in Perry Barr will go eventually, and the council own that land. They can have that, or Alex Stadium site, Which is plenty of big enough. And all their supporters from Walsall and Wolverhampton won’t have far to go home from there.
