I don’t know much, if anything about the NFL
However if it’s some team that will continue to let me down but once in twenty years do something sublime

I can't get there to watch Blues. I would if I could.
Positively no chance I would go and watch that peculiar game the septics watch. So no, I wouldn't go to a match.

Tut Tut John. You know that the club monitors supporters sites therefore no need to risk offending people who have, and will, pour millions into our club.

If Stans 2 does become an NFL venue. Would you go & watch? I do like the spectacle of the NFL but it's a sport much like rugby, I appreciate, but do not have a passion for. Many of course do, particularly the young so I will leave it to them. I would only disgrace myself in any event by sharing too intently at the cheerleaders. Best avoided methinks.

There is no way the new stadium would be able to host an NFL game.

The games that are over here in London sell out in minutes. Even if not one single bluenose went, people from up and down the country would go. It would be on TV around the world. Great exposure.
Ive been to a couple of games in the past. I’d look to get tickets yes.

We did a Wembley tour not so long ago. The stat on the tour was something mad like that Spurs make more money from a single NFL game in terms of match day revenue, than they do for the whole seasons football fixtures.

Absolutely. I had a fleeting interest in the sport until about 7 years ago and since I had a taster at Foxborough it opened my eyes. The atmosphere was far better than I ever imagined. People moan about the gaps in play time outs etc but it goes quicker than you think. An overseas Super Bowl was regarded like we regard the 39th EPL match but opinions have softened and it's expected London will host one in next few years. This game alone can gross £50m!!!! The spin off to all the build up is allegedly worth £250m to the local economy. It's more than just a game, I believe Spurs get about £7m just for hosting one game and they still get revenue on the game. Imagine in the future hosting even 1 game in a season could net Knighthead more income than a whole Blues championship season this is BIG BUSINESS! Then if we ever host one Super Bowl you're in the realms of nearly as much money that we can turnover in an EPL season. These numbers are an insight to why they are so hell bent on this project. Right now blues probably feels like a side hustle! I'd happily pay £100 each for me and my son to watch an NFL game, obviously not per match for 6 matches a year. I was recently told each London NFL game has well over 250,000 enquiries for tickets and at least hald the tickets at Wembley and Spurs are snapped up well in excess of £100. vipmatchdays.com/product/nfl-london-games-2024-hospitality-packages/They don't even bother advertising the prices because they know these are an easy sell. Drop them an enquiry and when they reply tell them you are looking at spending £200 per head. You probably will find the email exchanges die a death. Tell them your budget is £1000 and they may bother to reply. As a comparison it's like trying to get tickets for United at home to Real Madrid in knockout stages.

Instead of going to Digbeth coach station to be dropped off outside Wembley, but instead walk a few minutes and i'm at the game? ABSOLUTELY!
I've hoped for this for a long time.

Former Las Vegas Raiders (formerly Oakland Raiders) President Marc Badain, who oversaw the building of the multi use Allegiant stadium in Vegas have recently joined Oak View Group….
I met guys from Ireland, and even the Shetlands who went to Spurs to watch NFL. They stayed overnight in Minworth. It works in Birmingham.

You lot haven’t seen the price of the tickets!! I registered for the NFL games as I really like the game and have always wanted to go to Lambeau Field, which is apparently the holy grail of NFL stadiums but the cost of the tickets for Wembley were £150 each. Times that by three for me and the boys and I think I’d sooner go to see Ajax or Dortmund for a weekend (and I can get the tube to Wembley, Spurs is 20 minute drive).

I went to vegas earlier this year. Did the Raiders stadium tour whilst over there it is on another level. Giant concourses, bar areas etc. VIP rooms absolutely elite. Even has a nightclub in it. Retractable roof, seats, pitch the lot.
They mentioned the Spurs ground on the tour and how it makes so much money from 1 game a season.
NFL has been growing over here for years and years and wont stop.
Also, imagine selling tickets for a VIP experience to meet Tom Brady. Either in a group talk, a 1 on 1, to catch a pass from him. Tickets would fly off the shelf so to speak.
Doesnt matter what franchise came to play, it would sell out 10x over. Reglardless of if me and you from this group or any other nose got a ticket. People up and down the country would buy one.

So we wouldnt be anywhere near that. But a decent 40k ish stadium with brady and the american owners could still make it happen.
