It’s a lot more simple than that Will
It’s either Democratic Conservatives Or Marxist Labour.
The party you have so proudly supported all of your life, no longer exists. More the pity. This country needs a strong opposition, one that could take over from a shambles. Unfortunately we do not have a David Miliband in charge, who would lead Labour to a landslide victory. We are offered Corbyn, McDonnal and Abbot. Come on Will, you come across as a very intelligent person, how can you justify voting for them to run our country.

I’m very interested to know how, given that this country operates a secret ballot system, you know for whom I have voted in the past, and equally for whom I intend to vote on this occasion. I realise that you’ll answer this question with some cheeky comment about not reading most of my posts because they’re so boring, but I’m going to ask it anyway ... Can you supply a link to any post I have made in support of Jeremy Corbyn, please? I know you won’t bother looking, but if you did, you’d be wasting your time. In fact, I have constantly made negative comments about the man over the past few months. Not so long ago I made the point that the three most likely Prime Ministers following the next General Election, Johnson, Corbyn and Farage, were all loathsome creatures and that consequently the British public were being sold short. I also said that the British public get the government they deserve on the whole. So when a large proportion (not a majority, of course) of them sleep walk into the polling station to vote for Johnson, a man who is renowned as a philanderer, a liar, a racist, someone who has little regard for the law of the land, someone who once set fire to a £50 note in front of a homeless person and smashed up a restaurant to prove that he belonged in the Bullingdon Club, and then forced others to do the same thing, well eventually they will wake from their slumber and see that the nightmare they have created is very, very real indeed. But then the British public has a history of making stupid decisions whenever they have a pencil in their hand and a list of options in front of them, none of which they’ve made any effort to research properly. Just in case you’re STILL unsure about my voting intentions, allow me to narrow the field for you - I won’t be voting for a party that is led by Boris Johnson, Jeremy Corbyn nor Nigel Farage. HTH

Sir Keir Starmer KCB QC (born 2 September 1962) is a British politician and barrister serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Holborn and St Pancras since 2015. A member of the Labour Party, he is currently Shadow Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union I saw him recently and he came across very well. Advantage of being photogenic too.

Nor have I come back with cheeky comments as you call them. Boris is not my idea of a Prime Minister at all, BUT! I will vote Tory because any vote made to any other party will count for nothing. My reason for voting Tory is that I am in fact going to be voting AGAINST Comrade Corbyn. My view Will.

It's not true that your vote is secret. Your ballot paper is numbered and cross referenced with your name on the electoral role.

Have another look at your original post John. 😂 Not keen on Starmer - a bit slimy, as is Barry Gardner who might fancy his chances. Would love to see a straight talker like Jess Phillips, but that’ll never happen.

Well I’m at a loss to work out why it is that you thought I was suggesting in my original post that people should vote for Corbyn. I was merely pointing out why people should not vote Tory - the fact that you, and many, many others, will be doing so not as a vote for Johnson but as a vote against Corbyn just goes to show what a mess politics is in in the UK. The lesser of two evils is still evil.
