Excellent result for the U-18's this weekend as they won convincingly away at Coventry 0 v 3 thanks to goals from Thompson-Sommers (2) and Stirk. Team was Jeacock, Moore, Kinina, Forrest, Powell, Campbell (Mayuba 58), Stirk, Baker, Bellingham, Thompson-Sommers (Traore 83), George. www.bcfc.com/news/articles/2018/report-coventry-city-under-18s-0-blues-under-18s-3/Meanwhile and not to be outdone the U-23's had a big win at home against Shefield Wednesday finishing 4 v 0 up with goals from Martin, starting debutant Hurst, McCoy and Anderson. www.bcfc.com/news/articles/2018/report-blues-under-23s-4-sheffield-wednesday-under-23s-0/Kyle Hurst is only 16 and playing in the under 23's WOW another one too keep our eye on byg It's normally a good sign if they skip age groups, especially that many. Kyle Hurst doesn't sound like a Nigerian name, I hope he's not a 'Nigerian 16'

Meanwhile the U-23's played Fulham in the League Cup and went down 1 v 2 with Blues' goal coming from a second half Anderson strike.

Must admit, I'm concerned about Byg. More than a month since he last logged on. I hope he's OK.

I was checking Gloucesters results. They look like they're struggling really badly. Odin Bailey has scored in their last two games. They play Hungerford soon another struggling team with a few blues youngsters on loan.

Weaver is back now, so he'll probably get loaned out higher up the ladder.

Weaver is back now, so he'll probably get loaned out higher up the ladder.by blues I read about 3 match reports and he was highlighted in each one as having played very well and pulling off some great saves, tbh I wasn't sure he was certain to be kept on but he seems to have done well albeit at a low level.

As I understand it he's angling to go back to Derry permanently, his young brother has not long started playing for them too.
